Nice condition with just a scratch on the left side and a few scratches on the back. It is marked Prison Made. Second plate is 1967. Paint is good but there is a chip at the left up upper and bottom corners and extra holes have drilled by the numbers 3. It is smaller at 12 by 6 where the 1951 plate is 13-7/8 by 6. Buyer pays shipping.
