Can I register this plate in Florida?
Yes, if the plate is prior to 1977 and matches the model year of your vehicle. Only one plate is required. Visit your local Tax Collectors Office and pick up a registration form for “Year of Manufacture.” The state does not accept restored plates or plates with excessive rust. However, acceptance is based on the judgment of the official reviewing your plate.
