Hi - These are Post Cereal Prizes or Premiums from 1954/55. Each collectible, embossed, vanity plate measures approximately 4 7/8 long x 2 1/8 wide. Some are smaller and a couple of the states are state shaped take a look at Tennessee for example. These are very clean for their age, little scratching or rust damage, and the graphics are fantastic - very classic. There is a lot of detail in some of these plates - Land of Opportunity or America"s Dairy Land
These plates are lots of fun, they will make a great addition to any upcycle project, kids room, or home office. Perfect for kids" Jeep, Four-Wheeler or bicycle.
I was even thinking they would be pretty cool as place cards for an event like a wedding, anniversary, or other special event. They are the perfect size and have a great deal of charm.
