Here is a 1954 Summit County Colorado passenger license plate.  It"s in rough condition. It shows some rust and there paint that is chipping.  Relatively flat plate could be a good restoration project.   Rare county in Colorado for 1954 passenger plates, would be a great addition to your collection!
