This original paper sleeve was the packaging that you would receive your license plates in back in the day. This particular one contained truck license plates from 1955 #A52-148 from the county clerk in Westcliffe, Colorado. Rare! Most of these sleeves were discarded. Nice, vintage piece for your collection. This is for the paper sleeve only. No plates included.
