Original California Commercial License plate Yellow DMV Clean 1956-62 Extremely rare find, original plate. Used but appears to never have been issued. Both plates are near perfect and only have wear at the bottom where it looks like they were hung on a wall. They come in the original mailing envelope signed by Governor Brown and states that they were made by the California Correctional industries - That"s right, made by prisoners!!!!
