very nice restored 100% original California license plate pair. 1956 issue; number 1 WRK 7790. wrecker (tow truck) issue. 12x6 inches; black legend on marigold yellow background. plates are almost completely straight and flat. please see the photos.
these plates are not often considered for YOM purposes, but the number is available, and if you can get the correct DMV employee when you get to the front of the line, you may be able to finagle the right to display these on your 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, or 1962 classic tow truck. I cannot guarantee success at this, but it is worth a try. in any case, they are a great plate pair for a collector.
frames are not included but are an excellent complementary purchase that may be had for a very reasonable additional price. please inquire.
