Keep in mind that vintage clothing is pre-worn and may possibly have some signs of wear and to some extent should be expected. If you are unsure of your size please ask questions otherwise it is best that you not order. Most clothing if not all are standard American sizes. Clothes that are new with tags and/or brand new in package have never been worn. A helpful way to also get an idea on sizing is it visit the makers website for their sizing chart.
