Very nice original tag topper. Appears to have never been used. It has some sort of applied reflective lettering that is rough to the touch. Has a few very minor crackle lines in the paint and 3 very minor scratched spots on bottom. Also has a spot under the 5 where it appears the lettering has bled out slightly. Please view photos and form your own condition opinion. Due to a recent problem with USPS, shipping will be $10 and to lower 48 U.S. states only so I can pack it well. Sorry!!
