This is a Michigan trailer license plate from 1962. This is a used plate that has been found in a large collection. Elsewhere on this Ebay store are other new-never-issued and nice used plates of several different years.
This is for the vacation trade. Trailer plates marked A (Apportioned), were for semi trailers. Michigan did it that way from 1958 thru 1968. This one is for a travel trailer. And yes, you can legally license your antique travel trailer with this plate.
