My plates may have dings, bends, scratches, cracks, rust, stains, rubbings, chips, paint peelings, can be dirty, will not always lay flat, extra holes, and wear on bolt holes. All plates are expired and at least three years old. Condition can be seen in photos. What you see is what you get.
