This is the 1958 passenger base plate, and it is validated by a 6-30 metal month tab, as well as by a June 1966 sticker - however, the sticker was placed directly on top of a 1962 metal year tab! You can see the yellow folding metal wings of the tab sticking out of the back of the plate.Metal year tabs ended in Delaware in 1962, and stickers began in 1963.
