Plate is totally STRAIGHT and lies FLAT, with absolutely NO BENDS, NO EXTRA HOLES, and almost NO surface rust. There are several tiny spotty areas of very minor white paint loss, as shown, from rust that has been almost totally cleaned away. (Of course, these could be touched up easily if buyer desires.)
