A 1960 Page County Virginia strip in poor used condition. The plate is completely covered in coarse rust creating parts of thinner metal throughout it. In addition, there is a piece of the plate missing in the upper left corner above the “60.” There are also a couple places where a small amount of the border is missing. Shipping is FREE.
