Doing some more barn cleaning and thinning some more of my license plate collection. Have had this Spotsylvania, Virginia county plate for many years. One of the Civil War Centennial era plates. Needs to go to a collector that specializes on city/county tags.OHIO. Not in museum conditon to be sure, possibly a real good artist could retouch it. Priced to reflect that.
