This is a pair of 1963 California license plates. They have some dents, dings, and need painting....They need a little restoring, but they are in pretty good shape. As I understand it, they were using 3-4 letters a year, and 1969/1970 was the last of the Black Plates (XYZ). So this pair of plates were most likely issued in 1966 or 1967. Come as pictured.
