This is a pair of 1963 California license plates. They have some dents, dings, and need painting....They need a little restoring, but they are in pretty good shape. As I understand it, they were using 3-4 letters a year, and 1969/1970 was the last of the Black Plates (XYZ). So these would have been issued in late 1967, some time in 1968, or very early 1969. Come as pictured.
