Here is a pair of 1963 Colorado passenger license plates. These plates are from Summit County, CO (ZL).  They are in used condition with some wear and paint blemishes evident.  This pair, unfortunately has had some contact with water it appears along some edges.  They still display well and would look great on your "63 classic car or in your collection!
