This auction is for a new, never used, 1964 North Carolina License Plate. It is still in the wrapper and has never even been bolted onto the car. The plate is perfect other than where the paper from the wrapper has stuck to some of the numbers. I did not clean it off in order for you to see exactly what you are getting. I have put clear coat over a plate like this one and they look great. It would be hard to have a nice plate restored for what you can buy this one plus it will have that restored look rather than being original.
