Medium-weight tag has a dark green base with bright white embossed lettering and rims. 100% ORIGINAL, with NO TOUCH-UPS, and absolutely BRILLIANT paint gloss left on it! This plate shows almost no signs of actual wear, just a few scratches to paint around bolt holes. Registered in Lawrence County, at the southern tip of Ohio on the Ohio River, including Ironton, Proctorville, Chesapeake, South Point, and Coal Grove. 
Plate is straight and lies completely flat, with NO BENDS, NO surface rust, and NO EXTRA HOLES. Metal and paint are absolutely SOLID.
