A 1966 Virginia pair in great used condition. Both plates have light rust throughout them mainly around the border, some wear marks, and paint loss. The top plate has rust along the top mainly around the bolt holes and light scratches on the paint. The bottom plate has light rust on the top right corner with light scratches also on the paint.
