Hello, This is a pair of Hawaii License plates these are from 1969 & for the State of Hawaii. These have been on a car & have some light wear from use.  They are overall in nice condition for thier age. The rear side of one plate has what looks to be old road tar droplets on it.  These would look nice on a old Chevy Camaro or a Ford Mustang or a old Mopar. They would also be great for a man cave.
