Up for bid...RARE find for these 2 matching plates with the original paper divider. 1969 DFB 39. Texas Prison Rodeo! Texas Highway Dept. Austin, TX. Paper divider does have water damage and has been taped at some point in time. Really cool find! These have been stored in a gentleman"s outbuilding for several years. They don"t appear to have ever been issued.
