A 1969 Virginia pair in good used condition. Both plates have areas of rust, wear marks, and areas of paint loss throughout most of them. The top plate has minor spots of rust and paint loss. In addition, the plate has a large dent on the first “6” bending the corner of it. The bottom plate has areas of rust and many areas of paint loss with the worst rust being around the border.
