You are bidding on a RUGGED, vintage 1969 WEST VIRGINIA license plate! Medium-weight tag has a navy blue base with golden-yellow debossed lettering and border. 100% ORIGINAL, with NO TOUCH-UPS! Includes the nickname MOUNTAIN STATE at the top.
Plate is straight and lies flat, with absolutely NO BENDS and NO EXTRA HOLES. There still some surface rust, as shown, mostly on back, and paint on front is peeling. The bottom right corner has partially been eaten by old rust, but otherwise metal is TOTALLY SOLID. Displays fantastically on your den, garage, or man-cave wall, or makes an ideal piece for a restoration project;  it"s over 45 years old! Plate you see (registration B 2527) is the exact plate you"ll receive. Definitely check out the photos for all the close-up details!
