This is an unissued, unopened Pair of 1970 Michigan license plates. I don"t want to open it before I sell these plates because I know some people like the plates in the original envelope. I acquired a big lot of these plates and I ended up opening the one on top, which ended up being in mint condition, so they are probably all in mint condition.
