1971 Boulevard Bridge license plate attachment from Virginia

This is a 1971 Boulevard Bridge license plate strip from Virginia. Plate is a original plate but has bends and missing paint. These were used as annual passes to go across the Boulevard Bridge (formally known as the nickel bridge) before the tolls went up. Scarce plate to find now. See picture.
