A 1971 Virginia pair in good used condition. Both plates have areas or rust, wear marks, and paint loss throughout them. The top plate has a small amount of rust and areas of paint loss with the worst being on the bottom border. The bottom plate also has a small amount of rust throughout it with paint loss especially on the bottom border. In addition, there is a bend above the “A” and a few dents along the bottom border.
