1972 Pair Virginia License Plates never used
This is a matched pair of 1972 Virginia license plates. This pair is new old stock, never used, and in excellent condition complete with the original inner divider and outer paper sleeve from DMV. This pair is nice and solid with no extra holes and original paint. However, it has some original minor paint flaws, as seen in the photo. Please see picture.
