This is a Michigan trailer license plate from 1973 with the 1974 sticker. In the state of Michigan you CAN license your 1974 travel trailer or other kind of trailer, in Year Of Manufacturer (YOM) plates if it is over 25 years old like this.
Condition of the plate is good to very good, though I call it presentable-used. This might have some minor nicks, bends or scrapes from age. Enlarge the photo for a look.
