This auction is for a 1973 and 1974 West Virginia License Plate. It is a base that was first issued in 1971 and this plate has the 1973 and 1974 renewal decals applied to it. It appears it was issued for the 1973 year registration. It is in great condition with marks on the upper bolt holes and a few minor marks. Check the picture and enlarge it by clicking on it for a larger view to check the condition for yourself. It is over three years old as per ebay"s rules expired in 1974. Buyer to add $3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
