This auction is for a 1979 Wisconsin License Plate. It is a base that was issued in 1973 and this plate has the 1979 renewal decal applied to it. Check the condition closely before you bid as it has some marks and scratches on it and conditions can vary with everyone. You can click on the picture to enlarge it. It is over three years old as per ebay"s rules expired in 1979. Buyer to add $3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
