This is a 1974 Illinois license plate tag, in very good used condition. There is some minor rust around the front outer edge (see pictures). The reverse side has some minor surface rust in areas. There is absolutely no rust through and this is a rock solid license tag. I do not clean the patina from used license plates and leave that up to the purchaser.
