This is a Michigan license plate sticker from 1974 that was never issued. If you have a 1974 Car here in Michigan, you can find a pair of 1973 plates on Ebay, apply this sticker, and license your old car or truck. I will ship it via 1st class letter mail.
NOTE! You will receive a sticker exactly like these photos, but the serial number will be different than the picture. I bought several unissued license stickers that are consecutively numbered, so the next one sold is farther up or down the scale of the number pictured.
