The package includes the following- - A pair of 1974 Minnesota license plates in mint unissued condition as shown. The license plates included in this package are legal to display on your vehicle registered in Minnesota for Year Of Manufacture use as long as a current license plate is kept inside the vehicle. -A plastic bag to protect the plate while it is not used on your car. The bag can also be used to store your current license plate under the seat or in the trunk to protect it from damage as well. -A copy of the Minnesota General Statute regarding the use of Year of Manufacture license plates. -Required Minnesota Form PS2000 required to register the license plate.
