1974 NORTH CAROLINA LICENSE PLATE IN CONDITION AS SHOWN. Rat Rod Resto performed by this seller as a less expensive alternative to your less than perfect classic. All of the rust-through is filled but the pitting is left as-is. Nail holes are closed but not filled. The plate is then primed, sprayed with the base coat, hand lettered and clear coated for full protection from the elements. The plate is eligible for Year of Manufacture use on any 1975 vehicle in the state of North Carolina. I"ll also include a plastic sleeve for the plate and a copy of the YOM law of North Carolina.
