US Shipping:
*OUR BASE SHIPPING CHARGE IS a minimum of $2.00 for items up to 3 ounces. While coin weights vary by denomination, this 3 ounces will typically cover approximately 20 small cents (without holders) such as Indian Heads, Lincolns, OR 5 large cents, OR two silver dollars. Use these denominations as your guide for others, such as dimes, Civil War Tokens, Etc. We make every effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, including trying to absorbing all packaging costs, and only pass on the actual shipping charges to you.
USPS Shipping is the price marked on highest item(s) and $1.00 for each additional coin, album, or lot(s) if applicable. Please request combined shipping total on multiple album lots as we generally try to utilize flat rate boxes. Combined shipping is applied during the checkout process- simply click on the checkout link to calculate the total for the order. If items are missing from the checkout invoice, request a new invoice from us so we can manually combine all winnings. Items must be paid together in one single payment to receive the shipping discount. We do not combine items paid separately or refund fees for multiple payments. All packages are privately insured and include Delivery Confirmation. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from the day payment is received. Payment is expected within 7 days of when the auction ends.
Bulk Shipping Discount:
We offer a bulk discount for lots ordered over a seven day period that are paid on the same invoice. EBAY requires that we pay $2 for signature confirmation on purchases over $250, as such, you can expect this added to your total shipping charge, if your purchase is over this amount.
In order to receive the discounted shipping rate you must:Win all items within a seven day period.Request a single combined invoice after all relevant items have been won.Make one single payment for all of the items through checkout.Failure to follow any of these conditions will void the shipping discount. We do not combine items paid separately or refund fees for multiple payments. This discount applies only to domestic orders and the shipping method is selected at our discretion. WE CANNOT COMBINE SHIPPING IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. This applies particularly when items are won that require expedited and media mail shipping. While empty albums can be shipped via media mails, coins CANNOT. As indicated above, we will make every effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible in every situation, and will give you options for shipping, where applicable.
Expedited US Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for $20 for the first lot and $1.00 for each additional coin unless otherwise stated. All packages are privately insured unless otherwise stated. Most expedited orders are shipped within 1 business day from the day payment is received. USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to all zip codes. Please put a note in the message of your Paypal payment or message us directly to let us know you are paying for expedited shipping otherwise your order may be delayed. Because coin sets in albums are usually over the weight limit for first class packages, they are most commonly sent via Priority Flat Rate Envelope when applicable. If you would like insurance or any alternate mailing service, please message us for additional options.
International Shipping:
We ONLY ship to USA and Canada unless prior arrangements are made. International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail. The shipping fee is $21 for the first coin and $1.00 for each additional coin. No tracking or insurance services are available for international orders. The customer is liable for any fees or taxes incurred by customs. We do NOT ship to any countries other than USA and Canada unless prior arrangements have been made.
