We have a vintage 62 nd legislature senate license plate dated 1975 and 1976. It measures about 12 long and 6 wide. It shows signs of use but it still have nice graphics and coloring. It has some spottiness to the metal from light surface rust. It has a dent and some scraping at the bottom edge that has caused small pieces of the metal to chip away. This license plate comes from a West Virginia estate however isn"t marked with a state on the front. MM 4
