You are bidding on TWO license plates. This plate pair is in very good condition. The plates appear to never have been mounted on a vehicle. There are some light manufacturing flaws on one plate and both have a few light scuffs. The top plate in the photo has had the clear coating yellow just a bit. These plates are made of heavy steel and have the typical steel license plate warp. They will not lie perfectly flat. See photo. This plate pair has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $6.00 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA.
