Here is a 1975 Delaware license plate. The one you see is the one you get. The metal is aluminum and the plate is flat, not embossed. There are marks around the lower bolt holes where the plate was attached to a vehicle. There is also a 1977 sticker on the back of the plate that was there when I got it. This plate sports the slogan THE FIRST STATE. Please see the images for further details.
