I am selling a large collection of plates for a friend and don"t know a lot about them but you can check the pics for condition. The plate has something like paint that has gotten on the back of it. The paint on the front looks to be original. These plates actually look to be in great condition and look to never ave been used but I am no expert on license plates so again check the pics for condition and email with any questions.
