This auction is for a 1976 Alabama Bicentennial Base License Plate. It was never issued and is in excellent condition...just a few minor marks from storage. This plate expired in 1976. Buyer to add choice of $4.25 First Class Mail shipping (heavier steel plate) with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 lined Priority Mail shipping. The Priority Mail option will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I always combine shipping and can ship numerous plates for the same $6.45 Priority Mail shipping.
