1976 Alaska Bicentennial Grizzly Bear License Plate. I list this license plate as new due to the fact that it was never used on an automobile. My father was the local Bureau of Motor Vehicles License Branch one-and-only representative in Kodiak, Alaska during the year of 1976. This license plate was never issued. It is not what I would call mint condition as it does have some non-noticeable scratches on it (if looking straight at it), but it is in very good condition. It"s been sitting around in my closet for years ... and it"s time to pass it on to someone that would like to display it.
