The second plate has one small chip and a small red paint smear. The plates are heavy steel and both have the typical steel plate warp ... neither wil lie perfectly flat. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.85 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA.
