For the Bicentennial celebration in 1976, New Hampshire allowed individual towns to create a booster plate and allowed residents of that town to use the booster plate in lieu of their normal front plate.
Red, white & blue graphics. Flat booster plate. These are fairly rare as most were not saved after 1977. 28 NH Towns / 1 County / and the NH House of Representatives designed custom plates like this one for the Bicentennial.
