You are bidding on ONE license plate. This plate is in fair condition. There are bolt hole scrapes & the upper bolt holes are slightly recessed. There are also some light scuffs & scratches and a spot of something stuck on the plate right above the Liberty Bell. The bottom edge of the plate has some light bending. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.75 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA. International buyers must use ebay"s Global Shipping Service. Payment MUST ARRIVE within 7 days after the auction closes.
