Here is a really hard to find South Carolina RESCUE License Plate. I believe this to be a reflector tag. Year is 1977 and the tag was only good for one year. The only damage is on the 1 and the 0 which a minor scratch. The white part of the tag, the finish is smooth but looks like some tiny rust. See pictures and ask questions. No international shipping. Have shown the back of the tag also.
