1981 OHIO License Plates ACE-065 Perfect for Spitfire, Mustang historic plate

These plates were actually issued serendipitously to my Spitfire back in 1980. Not sure how many years Ohio used this style plate but it would be fitting to use as a historic plate on a Spit. The plates are not in too bad of shape, the front one is a little bent and has some scratches. Very little rust or fading, though oddly they are slightly different shades of white. I also have listed pair with RAF from 1990, also randomly issued to my Spitfire. What are the odds?
