Up for auction is this excellent 1981 Rhode Island used car dealer license plate. It is an overall good preowned and used condition. It does show signs of age and use especially around all four mounting holes. This license plate might be a possible repaint as it appears that the top layer of green paint is crackling and there is yellow base layer paint underneath.
