This auction is for a 1981 West Virginia License Plate. It is in mint condition and is a "natural" meaning there is only one year decal applied to the plate. Check the picture and enlarge it by clicking on it for a larger view. It is over three years old as per ebay"s rules expired in 1981. Buyer to add $3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
